WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Original paintings are shipped via UPS or USPS within 1 week of order. Shipping cost is included in purchase price for all orders within the US. International shipping is available for additional cost. Prints are produced and framed by Bay Photo and are shipped worldwide with USPS, and FedEx. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?

Prints: All sales are final on custom ordered prints. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.

If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.

Original paintings are shipped insured for the full purchase price. If they arrive damaged, photo the damaged packaging and artwork, and contact me immediately for details on return, repair etc...
